...and night.

As the nights draw in our thoughts turn to warm evenings spent by a fire rather than setting out for a bike ride.

However now night riding is becoming increasingly popular helped along by the advances in bicycle light technology and it’s a great way to combat those post summer blues! More fun than a spinning class and a great way to improve your bike handling skills, a trail of lights breaking up the darkness around Grafham Water is an increasingly common site.

With its traffic-free routes, the cycle trail around the water is a great location to start night riding and this month the staff at Grafham Cycling will be hosting an introduction to night riding.

This evening event will take place on Tuesday 23rd October, from 6pm. come and join us on a led ride around the water, with expert advice and tips to improve your confidence and bike handling. Plus, try out new season winter clothing, courtesy of Gore Bike Wear and test a range of bike lights from the industry leaders Exposure.
This event is free to join with your own bike, or hire one of our premium mountain bikes for just £10. Bike light hire is free.
