Pretty Sweet 2 at the The Edinburgh Mountain Film Festival

After  a pretty packed summer of riding bikes and filming them, the people behind low key UK riding film Pretty Sweet have edited together their sequel and it will be making it’s debut at the Edinburgh Mountain Film Festival on the 7th October. They’ve also kindly agreed to let us run the film exclusively on the Singletrack website, so keep your eyes peeled for that. Here’s the release about the festival in the meantime…

“Pretty Sweet 2 will make its debut on the 7th of October at this years Edinburgh Mountain Film Festival, alongside a whole load of lectures, exhibitions and another 21 of the years finest mountain films.

The 9th Edinburgh Mountain Film Festival, from the 6th-9th September, features films from all over the world and aims to inspire, enlighten and entertain outdoor enthusiasts, whether they are climbers, skiers or snowboarders, kayakers, mountain bikers, BASE jumpers or explorers.

The festival was established in 2003 and is now firmly established as an annual event held in October each year. Over 2,000 people attend the festival each year making the EMFF one of the best attended mountain film festivals in the UK.

Pretty Sweet 2 picks up where the first film left off, still heading out into the mountains of the UK and Europe, and in somewhat home-made fashion continuing the search for the perfect trail. Another 2 wheeled highlight of the festival is Al Humphrey’s talk on his mammoth 5 continent, 4 year, 46,000 mile round the world cycle.
