Worried that your hardcore hardtail just isn’t niche enough? Well, worry not – the gentlemen at Silverfish UK have sent us news of the arrival of two special edition Evil hardtail frames, all the way from the US of A. We imagine the levels of stoke are sky high right now. Here’s what they have to say…
“Now shipping to UK riders are Special Edition white Faction DJ frames and Special Edition yellow Evil Sovereign trail frames.
The original Evil Sovereign hardtail has often been imitated but never copied. (Ehhhhhh? Ed) The ground breaking Sovereign is now available in black, white and S.E yellow, all of which come in four sizes (S-XL) with geometry to make it a fun, versatile trail machine. With a slack head angle, long top tube, and low bottom bracket height the Sovereign’s geometry excels in all mountain and trail riding situations.
Featuring a custom butted Tange 4130 cromoly tubeset, ISCG05 chainguide mounting, and geometry based on 140mm suspension forks as well as Evil’s HVS adjustable dropout system that combines the adjustability of horizontal dropouts with the security and ease of traditional vertical dropouts. HVS allows you to build the Sovereign with gears, as a singlespeed, with a chainguide, or even with a Hammerschmidt crank or internal hub. Not only that but all Sovereign frames ship with 8 decal kits so you can customise your bike to your kit. SRP £595.
The Faction is the ideal partner to take out for a day rolling in the dirt and just loves to go big wherever it goes. S.E white joins black and yellow in the line-up giving riders a full nine frames to choose from when selecting their latest bike build. Constructed from 4103 cromoly and featuring ISCG05 tabs, a campy style integrated headtube and Evil’s legendary HVS adjustable system the Faction is a frame for anyone looking for serious performance. With three top tube lengths on offer (regular, long and X-Long) there is a frame to fit everyone from the groms right up to lumberjacks. SRP £479.
As well as a new batch of brightly coloured frames arriving Silverfish have also taken delivery of selection of new Evil bikes softgoods to show your support for the brand. The range can be viewed on our website now and includes t-shirts and zip-up hoodies to show people that you ride Evil.
Both new frames coloured frames are ready to ship along with standard coloured models now.
