Pedal spanner 🙂

Edit: just looked at it from a different angle *scrubs brain* – things not to do with a pedal spanner spring to mind

Accept this thread is now massively OT, but what does that deliver that a 16mm spanner or a selection of allen keys doesn’t?!

Long leverage and thinner than an average spanner to get in the smaller gap – most regular spanners are too fat and short

Are we getting back on topic?

If we’re doing some cones on an old DX hub then I get it, but a pedal?!…and leverage doesn’t sell me.

I dont own one – just borrowed one to remove some pedals that had been in my old bike for 7 years – they were a little stuck :-/

I thought of another way of expressing my bafflement/amazement. My attraction-o-meter goes something like this:

6: Would get frisky with
7: Would get very frisky with
8: Would date/bedroom (kitchen/car/park) athletics are go!

10:Would marry (in theory, not got to 10 yet!)

But it seems there are others who’s list might look more like this:
