I keep getting into arguments, so ive given up posting...
i cant be bothered with the vocal objection to opinion people seem to have on here.

I think you may have misunderstood the purpose of a forum (particularly this one). Voicing opinions and healthy debate is all good. It's the main reason I keep coming back. Personally there is nothing worse than a thread where everyone agrees. I disagree with almost everything certain folk on here say (*cough* RudeBoy *cough*) but it would be much duller without them here to challenge my opinions.

Lol - I love that people were banned for mentioning Dig Dyke Dash (or the other one). I mean, it did seem to pop up a lot in conversation, but even so!

Perhaps we should all try and get banned for this weekend - maybe if we all bombard the swear filter it will become clogged and need someone like DynoRod to unblock said filter?

Just a thought of course - I don;t actually expect people to do it - or will they?

i got banned after (i suspect) a certain french man on here got all uppety after i (aparently) insinuated french people smelt bad.

thread got pulled too.

lifetime ban for pointing out that the search windows were a bit confusing on the old site - main one on forum page didn't search the forum. Also got hate mail for it from other members as well!

Fair enough - there's no disputing that I swear too much. And the rules couldn't be clearer, ie : no swearing allowed, if you do you're banned.

So if you don't want to be banned, then don't swear - it's not exactly 'rocket science' is it ?

All I need to do is decide whether, I insist on being 'me' or whether I'm prepared to be someone else.

Because whilst I'm perfectly capable of carrying out a conversation without the use of profanities (especially when in 'polite company') I find it exceptionally hard when I find myself rubbing shoulders with gypsy-hating crypto-fascist racist social snobs. It just isn't me. Consequently I feel that every post I post on the more controversial issues, is just a countdown to my next ban.

Oh, and the last time I banned for swearing, the 'offending' post was left as I had posted it .... un-moderated !

Which did make me laugh as I thought, "the mods are taking the p1ss".

And few people appreciate 'p1ss-taking' more than me

Not been banned (yet) even after i said that i would quite happily stab hora, (with ref to his Devil Dog thread) but i think that is because most of us feel like that..

Never banned but had a thread pulled after forestry commission solicitors wrote to the ed and thought i had besmurched the image of the then trail ranger at Coed y Brenin by suggesting I knew him to be an unqualified charlatan without much of a clue and was surprised he had landed Dafydd Davis's job instead of the previous locally based riders who had actually been paid to work managing the trails .... was I right.. he left Coed y Brenin recently after a long bout of sick leave and is was last heard of applying for a job on an oil rig in the North Sea.. I would doubt Shell Oil will be writing to the editor on the occasion of this post.. if however the thread goes down this time.. sorry guys I should have kept my lips zipped and fingers folded

just got back from my second banning in 3 days 1 for swearing and another for making another account while this was blocked but i said it was my brothers so banned for using someone elses account =0
