Is that the French spelling?
It's been in Europe for travel insurance purposes for as long as I can remember. DOn't know why- presumably because of either the ease of travel from Spain, or it's subservience to France.

I had a laugh with that in the post office with the evil part man part goblin who takes pleasure in making every customer interaction as difficult as possible.
