Can anyone recommend a second hand enduro bike for under £150?

Life certainly is tough for some but suspect it’s a might tougher for a few others around the world. What a sad thread.

I have flagged the negative review with Trip Advisor and pointed them to this thread. I also copied in the cafe and the bike shop that was mentioned.

Hopefully now they can sort it amongst themselves like adults.

The only one of the three that’s willing to sort out his grievances “like an adult” By dealing with it directly with the person concerned, is the cafe owner by the sound of it.

It’s great advertising for the OP mind. If one was cynical(not the op) you might think it was done to bring attention to the business.
The other thing to ask is if a company gets shitty review (possibly with reason) can they cry to TripAdvisor and get it removed?

I think it’s quite (very) difficult to get reviews removed, but the business owner does have a way to reply to each review.
