my university department…

despite handing in 2 hard copies, and sending 2 emailed copies, with a request to forward to the appropriate people, to the general office AFTER the general office gave me the wrong email address originally, they still FAILED to hand an ethical application form to the department ethical committee.

the ethical committee therefore did not review my application, and therefore i have no clearance to start research (which i need). i have to do it all again today.

this has set my dissertation back by a month, which is a considerable amount when i have 5 months to write the damn thing.
