I’m staying on one of my holiday parks this weekend, just outside Leyburn.

I’ve brought my Foxy RR up with me and want to hit a few local-ish trails.

Anyone know of any good’uns around here?

There are a few routes that start at Castle Bolton.

If you head over to reeth speak to stu at dales bike centre, lots of good trails around there

The Edge which starts in Reeth is supposed to be a classic.

There’s also a couple of good ones around Bainbridge/Hawes.

We did a killer 4.5hr one recently which can start at braidley -starbotton -walden head -walden -Braidley.

It’s also feasible to do the fantastic Scar House Res circuit from Leyburn side, you would start somewhere like West Scrafton, there appears to be a choice of 2 bridleways to join the route. That would be a big day out tho.

Just went out for a quick 8 miles all on the road. Came across a few killer climbs!
