    …. anyone go a link to some simple instructions to change wheel bearings in a rear road wheel? I am the lowest level ham fisted home mechanic so please bear that in mind.

    Wheels are 4ZA Cirrus (cartridge bearings) FWIW.

    look up the instructions for Hope wheels. They’re all much of a muchness. Some road wheels have the end caps held on with small allen headed grub screws and you may need to have a look at it to work out how the freehub comes off the hub itself but other wise it’s just a case of being carewful, using appropriately sized drifts and putting spacers back in the right order.
