Either a pork escalope with some kind of tomato sauce or a chicken salad. Nothing overly exciting.

Big mixed salad with lovely olive oil, fresh ground salt/pepper and balsamic syrup. Plus potatoes/sweet potatoes roasted italian style and a load of Gorgonzola pieces mixed in whilst they are hot.

And I’m having some Cuban rum over ice whilst the spuds are cooking 🙂

I made a beer batter on Friday for my fish and there’s some left over, which I’m going to use to make beer battered chips and serve with some steak for my tea.

We had pork chops with runner beans, sweet potato mash and apple sauce.

The beans, sweet potato and apple all cooked fresh from our organic veg box. Naturally. 🙂
