3 bed semi, buildings and contents full accidental cover, 6k of personal items away from the home, all electrical covered including mobiles, 100 quid excess and for the first time my "best" bike is covered anywhere away from the home, oh and it includes legal and travel insurance. 34/month which is what my existing policy had gone up to but without half of the benefits this new policy has got.

Not even worth trying to compare if that's what your thinking, unless we all live next door to each other

Pretty much the same then before I added the bike which is basically a tenner a week. What with the current theft ratio I don't think that's bad for full cover of the bike.

A small fortune to Direct Line Premier Select (or whatever it's called) as it covers the bikes

Pedal cover ~350 quid.

Pedal cover. About 400 quid. All my bikes covered for up to 10k each even if just sling in the garage as long as it's locked. Also covered for accidental damage worldwide, theft provide it's locked up (no lock specification) or locked to the roof rack.

Plus Darren at Pedal Cover isn't a call centre but an actual human who seems genuinely to want to help.

I should add it's a tenner a month for my bike not a tenner a week.
