I'm looking for a budget(ish) TT bike, however at 6"5' there aren't many available second hand and shops don't hold the right sizes to sit on and try. What brands make TT bikes in sizes to suit a lanky rider? Thanks

Treks XL TT bikes are supposed to do up to 6'6". Finding one might be tricky.

58cm Classic Geo Cervelo P2/3. New ones have daft triathlete geo that's too short for anyone who wants to go fast.

Try contacting Jonny Revis who was selling his Cervelo.

have a chat with Adrian Timmis, it may be a bit of a trek (ha ha) to his shop from where you live but what he doesn't know about bike fit isn't worth bothering with, if he can supply you a bike he'll knock the price of the fitting off

Guy i ride with got a massive TT frame from china 4 or 5 years ago. Cost him ~$800 including base bars, stem, post.

Said it was cheap enough to just sell on at a loss if he couldn't get it to fit properly.

He is something like 2m10 tall though.
Still has it now.

He snapped his previous frame, which was a converted semi aero road frame, only "issue" with it was getting the saddle position right while maintaining a sensible reach.
And the fact it couldn't handle a 100+ kilo rider doing short intervals at 800+W (which is what killed it). That was an issue.

I am 6'4" and ride a PX exocet 2 xl - I have the seat pillar on the lowest setting (without cutting). There is plenty of scope to accommodate taller riders.

I'm not selling though
