i could google, but how boring would that be?
after a tumble on monday, ripping/tearing the ligaments, tendon and muscle in my shoulder rendering me nigh on useless i was wonderng what i can do to get myself up and running (and earning) again…
the doc said four weeks before i should think about going back to work. when i told him i was a chippy/joiner he sucked air through his teeth and said it might be longer, it might not.
now i don’t want to rush things and exasperate the problem by doing things too early. as it is getting up out of bed is agony. i can’t lift anything with my arm as that pulls my shoulder around. i can not imagine being able to independently lift my arm to chest height, let alone above my head.
i have been moving my arm as much i can before the pain kicks in.
what food stuffs are required to help the body repair itself?
