    Doesn't make you faster but helps you recover faster. Proper stretching, hydration, nutrition and sleep after a long saturday can make the difference between feeling fine or unable to work the next day. Useful if like a few weeks ago I wanted to make the most of the sunshine so did 80+ mile road rides on both Saturday and Sunday.
