    Extreme sports chn 419 (on my sky +) usual highlights are Drop in TV, crankworx, Uci Mtb and Bmx, Hans rays movie, Klunkerz and the ride guide.

    All are worth a watch, Drop in's quite good fun but has plenty of the 'yoofs hucking off stuff'

    Eurosport – 2010 UCI MTB + UCI BMX

    'MTV Shows' channel: Not really MTB but entertaining – Nitro circus, Fun Factory, Scarred (only last 5 mins before I have to turn over – lots of bones + blood!)

    Rush HD isn't bad and it is, unsurprisingly, in HD as well.

    Some of the skiing and kayaking stuff is pretty awesome.

    Eurosport for anything less than 2 years old (usually live or recent highlights), Extreme for old stuff (some watchable), Rush HD for old and usually pretty good stuff.
