As I will soon be the lucky owner of the above frame, I’m a bit confuddled about headsets. Can any of you kind people tell me what I’ll need? I think it’ll need a tapered headset, and I’ll be using it with 1 1/8 steerer forks, so I presume an adaptor is needed? There’s a lot of different things out there – help!

Ive only ever had Chris King headsets.. Expensive but fit and forget.. mine have outlasted the bike.

Looks like you’ll need a Hope 2 for the top and a Hope E for the bottom plus the Hope HS136 converter.

Your local Spesh dealer may have or can order the correct one inc the lower adaptor
