I have a pair of Truvativ Stylo SS World Cups from CRC on the go at present which were not silly money.

Salsa do a nice one, the Pro-Moto, 660mm or even 710mm. £40
MTB-Direct have their 'Fli-XXL' in 0mm rise, its white and 760mm!! (tho you could cut it down obviously) £50
