    Set off from home yesterday morning and rode to Dales MB centre. Austwick to Fremmington with very, very little road and the best trails that the Dales (and probably the UK) has. Night there, spiffing breakfast (thanks Stu) then rode back via a totally different but just as good route. 127km over the two days, 1 hour rain, rest sunshine, loads of climbing, loads of downhill. very smug, happy and contented. (back to work tomorrow boo-hoo)
