Sunderland if you stand with your back to the sea.
aberdovey
Barrow in Furness has it all!
Treath Halrech is dog friendly and there's plenty of accommodation in the area.
Deganwy / West Shore (Llandudno) beach
Very dog friendly (my dog loves it), miles of golden sand round to the base of the Great Orme. It's my 'local' (2 mins walk from my house) and there's even an ancient hill fort on the wee hill behind the beach.
Really lovely holiday cottage in walking distance of the beach (and pub!)
There are summer time restrictions on dogs for a section of the beach but the best bits towards Little Haven to South are restricted.
Pembrokeshire tends to be very dog friendly generally and there are loads of self catering options.
Woof guide
Saunton or woolacombe
Whitstable in Kent. Amazing, I mean truly amazing, sunsets. Plenty of beaches, woodland etc for dog walkage.
Loads of holiday lets in the area
How can that face west?
gwenver. a really special place.
bit out on a limb mind.
Tenby South Beach.
As much as i like Pembrokeshire, I'd head to Aberdovey. Great beaches with massive sand dunes for the fat bike
How can that face west?
Is that a serious question??
Ok, its not the UK but Inch Strand near Dingle SW Ireland ticks those boxes, we hired a cottage looking over the beach. The surf can be epic.
Hells Mouth near Abersoch is very nice, although 'Cheshire by the sea' has its fair share of knobs in range rover sports.
More south west facing but Southerness, there is also a chalet park nearby cracking are to explore (take a bike )
Whitesands near St Davids fits the bill and just north you have Abereidy which is very special.
How can that face west?
Is that a serious question??
Considering whitstable is about as east as you'd want to get in this country I suspect it is...
Look at a map maybe? Although it is mainly lacking west facing, more north and north west so probably not a good fit for what the op wants, but there are west facing bits. Our island isn't circular, and some people are more literal than others
Here just outside the mother in laws big static van at Conwy.
Looking across at Sue W beach in fact

The continental is a nice place for a beer though....
Perranporth, Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth

+1 gower
Black Rock Beach near Bude, with Duckpool and Northcott and Sandymouth within 20mins drive.
Dog friendly cottages
I have never been to them but I've always fancied visiting the Isles of Scilly. Could be worth looking at.
Most of the above suggestions are good. Another I'd throw in the mix is Polzeath (Rock and Padstow nearby).
Hunstanton is a west facing beach in Norfolk and is supposed to be lovely.
Waves at Vortexracing
I can see my house in your last picture!
Give us a shout if you're in the area and fancy meeting for a ride or pint.
Errrr, pretty much the whole of North Devon and Cornwall?
How can that face west?Yes
Is that a serious question??
I second Harlech. We take our dog to either Harlech or Llandanwg beach several times a week. The sunsets can be pretty spectacular - even when it's raining!
Access to trail centres are pretty good - near enough equidistance from CyB and Penmachno/Marin.
Here are some dog friendly cottages with good views!
