    Ok, as an actual drummer, it'd be rude not to chip in with my list.

    #1 influence on me is Mr Roger Taylor (Queen)
    Then, in no particular order
    Taylor Hawkins – Foos
    Steve White – Paul Weller to name a few
    Zak Starkey – Recent Who and Oasis stuff, AWESOME stage presence.

    I would add You Toob references for the above, but i'm too drunk, and I'm busy downloading yur suggestions !

    Tomas Haake, out of Meshuggah; manages to maintain the weirdest, most 'off-time' drumming for hours on end. Try 'New Millenium Cyanide Christ' for a taster… 😈

    Also Paul Bostaph; amazing precision & seriously fast.
