As visual treats (excepting Kylie) are off the menu, how about the voices you just can’t get enough of hearing. Could it be called aural perving?

Here’s one I just can’t hear enough. Justine Frischmann from Elastica

and one I just wish was mine. (Chromeo – So Down)

I’ve always had a weird obsession with Kate Pierson from the B52s’ voice. She even made REM’s Shiny Happy People bearable.

+1 for Kate Pierson from the B52s (and any other helium fuelled vocals) although I can’t say I’ve ever heard her talking rather than singing and American accents can be a big let down. Billy Joe Armstrong of Green Day is a good example.

Oi! I called dibs on Ms Regan on the other thread. Get your own. 😉

One probably no one will have heard of, but Christina Booth of Magenta. South Wales Valleys accent, she’s also very pleasant on the eye.

How about Angelina Jolie? Her usual accent is pretty nasty, but when she puts on the upper-class English accent (ala Lara Croft) she sounds lovely (she’s still pretty rough, though). As for singing, then it’s got to be Hayley Williams. Have a listen to some of the unplugged / live stuff she’s done; serious eargasm material.

The best Male voices are Patrick Stewart and Rowan Williams!
