I've got a load of vinyl that i'd like to put onto the computer and was wondering if these thing are any good. Has anyone got any recommendations or experience from using them.

if you have a proper turntable use that through your amp and the line-in on your sound card.

I started transferring some of my vinyl (via a regular deck and amp) but soon came to the conclusion that it wasn't worth the time and effort unless you have something so special that can not be bought again (and a lot of the stuff I couldn't buy again probably wasn't that good in the first place).
(Clean vinyl, play LP side 1 being careful that nobody jumps up and down making the needle jump…after 20 or 25 minutes you have to turn it over and do it all again…..repeat)
