    Retired my old crosser, and decided to slowly make it my Audax bike. Bar bag, rear beam bar and Panaracer Cinder racers on there way.

    And the proof 🙂

    I’ve done the same, 35c Schwalbe Marathon Supremes and SKS Trekking gaurds. I’ve a carbon post to replace the alloy one too, see if I can introduce a bit of comfort. I’m hoping to do my first Audax sometime this year, at the moment its my winter trainer/commuter.

    Just stripped it down today. Removed the 10 speed Ultegra, and replaced it with 105 9 speed triple. And full guards ordered.
