    A friend gave me an I phone but i need to unlock it to Vodafone.

    How do I get this done? Anywhere you’d recomend using??

    who was the original network? My only experience is through them. They do something magic, you put the new SIM card in, connect to itunes and more magic happens and it unlocks..

    Simple to do it yourself. Jailbreak it first using [one click] Blackra1n then unlock it using Sn0w (i think it’s called).
    Did this to my wifes 9 months ago and it took about 3 mins and very very very simple.
