i'm using mine with a fenix L2D torch on easton ea50 OS bars and i have to position it right next to the part on the bar where the diameter begins to increase... so yes, kind of!

They do yes, but you need to put some gaffa tape or skateboard grip tape on the bars under the mount to stop it moving about. I used my P7 on my bars for the first time the other night as my bar lights packed in, this was on my commute and it kept sliding forward all the time. Off road there is no way it would stay in the one place.

I plan to use an O-ring around the bars and torch to provide a bit more solidity.
And elec tape too if necessary.
