Wow, love it, but doubt I’ll trade my loaded vfr1200 for one…..

If however I commuted by vehicle however, perhaps….

Anyone bought one yet ? Thoughts / opinion ?

Not the Explorer, but I commuted last year on a Sprint GT – did over 15k in 11 months. Top piece of kit. Very, very safe and secure in all weathers and the 3-cyl engine is a brill road engine – grunty and economical.

Problem is, my vfr12 is like the millennium falcon in comparison…
I do like the idea of increased comfort however, especially for our European tours each year….

They look lovely, I’m going to test ride a 800 and maybe the 1215 in the coming months, just tried the 800 Beemer which was eye opening and good fun but very vibey, 58 to the gallon though is pretty good for something that’d had it’s neck stretched!

The Sprint I ran last year averaged more than that, and that was with no attempt whatsoever to ride economically – although I’d suggest that any twin when pushed will eat fuel.
