Will this work? Ah, single speed as well…

T1 456s are incompatible with certain types of carbon fork – which one are you thinking of?

i have the carbon on one forks on my hummer.

they’d make the ti456 too steep imo.

my ti456 runs FLOAT 140’s and is blob on.

the 29’r carbon fork might be better ?

I ran some of the Pace ones on my 456, but it was being used for touring (and some commuting) at the time. It was fine. Old school steep but still rideable.

Seems like this is not going to work…back to the original steel plan…hummm

I ran a rigid 29er fork on my steel 29er was fine with a 29er wheel up front.

My 2nd gen Inbred ran perfectly (IMO), with an On-One carbon 29er fork & 26″ wheel. I reckon the 456 would be ace with such a set-up. Would be bloody light. Chuck a nice big, fast rolling tyre on there as well for a bit more comfort. Also, you’d be surprised how comfy it was after I put a std dia stem & carbon bars on it.
