It was on offer and quite tasty, however when I read the label I noticed it had a warning that it contained Sulphites (as usual) and milk!

I’m struggling to work out the milk content…didn’t say lactose or dairy, but milk.

    Anyone know why?

It’s casein for “fining”, making your wine nice and clear

    Better than using fish guts!

    OOOh, get you! 🙂

Sorry for asking a question on a forum, was just checking the weather forecast on STW (cos it’s batter than metcheck or bbc…), as well as what tyres I should use for snow when I recalled a question that had occured last night.

Cheers for the clear and easy answer Woody!

Anyone see Mark Dolan’s investigation into what really goes into wine in ‘Britain’s Really Disgusting Drinks’? I’m steering well clear of the cheap stuff after that.
