I stripped mine of the bearings etc and sent it to fastline coatings in Preston. £20 for a full suss and it looks great.

Hora. A place down the road from work will acid dip it and powder coat it for 50 notes. They’ve just done a belting job of mine. If you bring it round to ours, I can drop it in for you

Just a little warning about ‘dipping’
I had a frame acid dipped (a high end alu frame.) and it delaminated the aluminium.

A friend said that sometimes the acid can get between any inconsistencies in the aluminium layering process (He is the type that knows that stuff but I have no idea if this is fact!)

I wouldn’t use it again but the risks are quite low as far as I know.
