  • SRAM PG971 Chain – suitable for use on a SRAM R9 road cassette?

    Hi all,

    Fitted a new cassette 11/21, and it seems the chain’s outer plates are *just* catching (big – small) on the next cog. Is my PG971 chain not suitable? I’m at work now so can’t check, but I’m conscious ive made an error with purchasing, it’s for my road bike btw.

    Any comments would be v.welcome! Thanks, jt
