    Sorry, not very exciting.

    Need a new cassette, 11-34. Both similar price, both similar weight. Current Sram OEM PoS has fallen apart, and lost teeth, so wary of another Sram one. Am a Shimano fan but the red spider on the Sram would so match my subtle anodising theme. And it’s £2 cheaper!

    Anyone got any horror stories of either?

    Nah, makes no difference. You may as well choose on colour

    Personally, I think the XT cassettes shift better. Although it has been a couple of years since last trying an SRAM cassette.

    I found no difference myself – shifts just as good !
