Looking at getting an SLX double n bash with the correct 2sp front mech.

Anyone had any issue with running SRAM shifters on this set up?
(will be running a SRAM rear mech.)

should be fine, pull ratio on fronts is the same

I run a XT front with my double and bash – so no need to buy the specific mech unless you have too. You just adjust the top limit screw to 2 rings use.

No problems here, SLX double and front mech with SRAM rear X9 mech and X0 gripshift front and rear.

    Works a treat.

I've been using an XTR front mech with X0 shifters for a couple of years with no problems.

It's a bit different with Grip Shift, because you can 'trim' the front mech to get adjustment right.

It will work with triggers though, with either a normal front mech, or the double SLX one, the advantage being a slightly smaller radius curve on the SLX to better match smaller rings.
