what i mean is,that my rear tyre has a lump/more air at part of the wheel,than the rest of the wheel (inner tube).i can noticeably see/feel the wheel go up then down as i spin the wheel/ride my bike (nothing to do with wheel itself).i have 1.8 charge splashback tyres on my bike.have been wondering if they made them slightly off.when i first got my duster,i thought that the wheels were loose,but when the shop had a check,they said it was the tyres.is there any way to fix the problem?thanks in advance.

Sounds like the bead is just seated on the rim incorrectly.
Let most of the air out, make sure the tyre is where it should be on the rim, then pump a load of air in, to really high pressure, until you hear it snap into place.
Once you're sure it's seated properly, check if it's still out - then it could be a duff tyre. But if it was okay before you fixed punctures, I don't really see how a tyre could suddenly go out.

You can usually tell if the tyre is out of true, there is a line on the tyre about 2-3mm from the rim which should be a constant position all around the tyre-rim junction. A good tip is to brush soapy water around the bead before inflating. The tyre should pop onto the rim when you inflate it to about 50 psi, don't exceed the max pressure quoted on the tyre wall as it could go bang, especially if the bead is a bit slack.
