DSC_0348 by ir_bandito, on Flickramazingly, haven't got a pic of it out of the kitchen yet
Not desperatly light, but saves a good few pounds over the steel frame it replaced, which is noticebale climbing up stuff I didn't think I'd make. Now sporting a gravity dropper post and Salsa stem & bars

not massively light in this build, but a lot of fun

Not sure this does it justice, now fitted with crank bros risers! Charge Duster Ti, SRAM XX, Crank Bros finishing kit, Charge Splashback skinwall tyres

About 22lbs in this guise. Maybe my scales weigh heavy

just under 22lbs

It's very light as it's not very built. I'm working on it now!

It broke unfortunately, the parts are now all attached to a lurid green PA frame.

elliptic - broke how/ where?!
And I've just noticed that fotopic no longer exists
and hence I have no photos of my Soda, so you'll have to imagine it:
17" Soda, white air Revs, blue Hope XC wheels on 717 rims, XT drivetrain.Weight... not sure, but I'd be surprised if it's much less than 25lbs

elliptic - broke how/ where?!
Top tube cracked 3/4 of the way round, from the tip of the mitred weld against the downtube, where they meet behind the headtube joint. That particular weld only exists on the 16" frame, yours will have a gusset I think.
It was genuinely JRA - seemed an odd place for fatigue failure, but there you go.

elliptic - good to know mine won't have that issue (hopefully!). Did you get a half-price replacement under warranty?
pedalhead - nichetastic! Is it a P321 steerer you have for the Lefty? And have you had any concerns over the (theoretical?) extra leverage from the semi-triple-clamp design on the headtube? I've always wanted a Lefty myself, just not the Cannondale frames they normally come with...

yeah it looks pretty silly, but rides great. Yes using P321 adapter. No concerns about the head tube, lots of people out there running them on non-cannondale frames & I've not heard of any issues. Lefty is excellent, other than the bearing migration, which is an annoyance and is particularly bad on mine. Need to get it sorted really.

Sadly not, it was secondhand - sent some pics to Cotic anyway but wasn't really expecting any comeback.

27lbs. Not the lightest but a lot of fun and comfortable too.
