    What is the best method of shipping a frame and what is roughly the cost,

    Paisley Freight.

    £25ish plus insurance (probably about the same as the shipping cost which I hate – it’s like you have to pay them again to properly do the job you paid them to do in the first place).

    Cost depends on value/size of the frame, and whether you’re going to insure it for that value.
