Think Stirling bike club may have a few routes on their website

Couple of places within a quick ride of Perth city centre(half an hour from Dunfermline) kinoull/duechany woods and heading to bridge of earn on the rhynd road there is moncrieff hill.(you could do duechany and then ride to moncrieff hill) Also if you leave Perth in the car….. about 10 mins drive on the road to Saint Andrews( follow sign turning right to Scottish offside centre) you can ride in Pitmedden forest. There is a v small carpark on the left and you can ride up the landrover track and find some singletrack in the woods(ps the offroade centre is for 4X4 cars so don’t go there!)

How about the classic Glen Garr/Dunkeld/Hermitage/Glen Shee route. Start at Bankfoot.

    Or the Lomond Hills.

Blairadam Forest and Benarty Hill near Kelty. Can ride out from Dunfermline.

Also The Lomonds and Pitmedden (better than any trail centre…)

Thanks for the suggestions guys, It’s looking like I’m staying in Edinburgh now & haven’t got as much time as first thought, are the Pentland or Moorfoot Hills worth a look? Any must do rides in that area?
