Rosetta Campsite - in administration!

When I stayed there I thought it was a craphole, with unfriendly and unhelpful staff, so no surprise from me.

They kept my deposit after I had to cancel a booking several months in advance due to friends berevement
Said I could transfer it to another booking late in year, then a couple months later when I phoned up to do so, denied any knowledge and said not possible
Its not suprising in this economic climate, good customer service is whats needed most, treating people like mugs dosent go down well
We went elsewhere and had a great weekend, wouldnt consider Rosetta again after that experience so while its a shame people may lose their jobs due to management failings its no great loss to me franklyPosted 1 year ago #
