    Thanks. Don’t really want contents of saddlebag in backpack but looks as though I will have to.

    Yes, they are a huge amount of money so I’ve been reading people’s opinions. Am also interested in seeing the Fox one whenever it’s released.

    I can’t believe they are charging so much for a seatpost.

    I’m guessing though that teh fox post will be £300 or more, and require servicing every 2 hours.

    I consider uppy-downy post like i consider flat pedals.

    If my only aim on a mountain bike was to get from A to B as quickly as possible then I would use SPD’s and a normal seat post but as my purpose on a bike is simple to have fun I go for heavy flat pedals and a heavy dropper post. Your mileage might vary.
