hi all,

I am having a few issues with the gears on my road bike. If i set it up to shift correctly up the block it will struggle to come back down, so i adjust it to come down and it struggles to shift up!! I can safely say, its not sticky cables. Also I have striped the shifter, and given it a oil so shifts smoothly.

I have replaced all the cables, new rear mech, new hanger.

dura ace 10 speed shifters.
105 mech. (10 speed)

Any ideas?

Outer cable length to rear mech?

it fits perfect (stays in place all the way up) but i may make it a little longer.
