Many of you have mentioned that you sent your Kindles back and got replacements, but I don't see anything on their website other than standard one year limited warranty stuff.
Is that what you used?

I just rang kindle with problem they were excellent sent out new one and ha prepaid tu return old one. Can't fault them.
