Has anyone used them? If so, who makes decent ones?

Therabands? I use them for climbing, as do plenty of other people. Seem to help loads with elbow problems.

I get them from decathlon, because I don't know anywhere cheaper and can't be bothered to use the net. About a tenner for a pack of three (different strengths) in some nice pastel colours.

I used them for rehab after I broke my hip, excellent things, not quite the same as a big expensive resistance machine but then they fit in your pocket.

The Spri ones are great, used them at the gym to build up after a shoulder injury then bought a set of my own as they can be used anywhere and in silence unlike weights.

I'm using one at the moment as rehabilitation for my shoulder.

Rusty spanner lol was wondering when…

Rehab or light workouts-bands are fine.

If you're a healthy strapping rugby bloke then you'll want proper weights or a gym membership.

I already have a gym membership, but was looking to use them at home when I can't get to the gym.

I was looking at the Torq ones: You get four different levels for £28 and can put them together to create even harder levels.
