Ideally be waterproof, easy to clean, have good grip (for walking), and compatible with Shimano PD-424 pedals…

    Shimano AM45 ?

    Five Ten Raven (2012) ?

    Any others?

Those Revens look a bit mud resistant but I doubt waterproof.

I got some Maltese Falcons just before winter set in and in the light use they had before it got mucky they were fine, not expecting to use them regularly again for a few more weeks though

I’ve had a couple of pairs of 661 Filters which are uber-comfy skate style SPD’s. They’re brilliant!

DZR do a nice range. More casual than the aforementioned shoes, and comfy too.
