    4 weeks off the bike has driven me to ever daft ideas.
    I’ve decided I need to do bigger dj type stuff and thought it wise to get a little coaching before hitting that no handed front flip. I really should know better at my age.
    Seriously.. anyone recommend anyone for coaching in s Wales?

    I’d head to van Rd dirt jumping Caerphilly , and watch, learn, ask, dig, try, fail, succeed. Rearrange as required.
