Bought RS Reba 29er Maxles from CRC. They were listed as having Pushloc, but came with the normal crown-top dial. I expalined this to CRC so they sent me a Poploc, then a Pushloc. I’ve tried to esplain that the crown-top dial is different and, as i understand it, the internals are different in the fork??

Please help me tell CRC which bits are needed! I seem to know more than tehm at the moment!

If you have received a crown mounted version instead of the pushlock version it should have been then they may simply need to be returned as just sending you a pushloc was never going to help.

The motion control damper in the crown mounted one is not sprung loaded like the one in the puchloc versions, therefore a puchloc is useless, dampind would go on, but would never release.
