    NB British bacon would bring down the marginal propensity to leak.

    But where the roll is ciabatta.

    And the bacon is pancetta.

    And the red sauce is a sun blushed tomato tapenade.

    Really nice bread like sourdough rules.
    BLT works very well on ciabatta.
