    Why not?

I left mine in a frame when it went to be PC’d with the intention of knocking it out afterwards, I took it out afterwards anyway as I didn’t have spare bearings for it and had a spare headset, but it did look kinda cool having a matching frame and headset.

TBH that doesnt look powder coated to me. All the edges are sharply defined, where I’d usually expect powder coating to put more of a radius on the edges.

    That’s anodised, surely.

    I would have said anodised.

Hard to tell from the incredibly crappy pics but it does look more anodised, going by the marks.

At a guess its a mk.1 Hope headset anodised, not PC’d.
