I have just fitted a x-firm coil assembly to my Pike and don't seem to be able to reduce the travel the to the full with the u-turn dial. Any one had a similar problem?

Sounds like a stupid question, but you sure you refitted the spring correctly?

Followed the instructions, so to the best of my knowledge it's fitted correctly

Are you sure it's a Pike spring?
