Yes, if you have a Sky TV subscription. You don't get free Sky TV just by buying ADSL from them.

I was more thinking that I could stream the F1 somehow if I'm paying them for the broadband package.

Sky Broadband is no different to any other broadband. It's broadband, not broadband + TV.
Not to say you can't stream the F1, I wouldn't honestly know, but whether you can or not won't change by moving DSL providers.
