    Hi

Shhhhhh – I sometimes ride on the road

Ive just lost my Montane FeatherLite Velo jacket so need a replacement

Its my birthday soon and I need cheering up and also Im not actually paying myself 🙂

What I need is something to put in a jersey pocket in case I get caught in the rain
It has to be light and pack small

The Montane has been pretty good but is a bit "boil in the bag"

What else is there that is small and light but also breathes a bit?

If its obviously raining I'll wear Goretex
What I need is something just in case

    Cheers

Featherlite H2O – I had mine out for its first proper rainy use today and it kept me dryer than my old eVent shell.

    I use one of these…

Rolls up small enough to fit in a jersey pocket, see-through(so handy if you are wearing a race number or want your club colours on show). Like all water-resistant fabrics, it's possible to overwhelm it with sweat – but it takes a lot and it's more of a problem when it's wet on the outside too.
